7) NORTH SHORE SENIOR SERVICES:

Goal - We are a group of local businesses that share a core goal of providing support and services to Seniors on the North Shore.

Focussed on the North Shore we provide essential, and specialized services to seniors. We also apprise ourselves of the wide range of services available in North & West Vancouver and are pleased to offer a friendly reliable one-stop shop for seniors. We pool our time, energy and resources to organize free clinics, awareness sessions and in-home consultations.

Senior Fairs:
The North Shore Senior Services Circle organizes a series of exclusive fairs on the North Shore, presenting a wide range of local services that are of critical importance to seniors. This would be a valuable opportunity for seniors and their families to interact with and learn more from local service providers, to understand options, scope and costs. Interested host venues (Retirement homes, Senior Centres etc.) are encouraged to invite their residents or members and their families. Depending on the venue and available resources (e.g. space for separate speaker series or clinics), each fair could last from 3 to 5 hours. If you are interested in hosting such a fair (no cost to the host venue or the attendees), please contact us.

Speaker Series:
The Members of the North Shore Senior Services Circle are experts in their respective fields of service, and are available to educate, train and build awareness amongst seniors, service providers and caregivers on the North Shore. If you would like to organize a one-off or recurring series of talks or presentations for your senior clients or staff, please contact us to receive a list of topics that our Circle Members can cover in sessions that range from 30 mins to one-hour (or more, if needed). Just like the Senior Fairs, these sessions are free for the host venue and the attendees.
